Direct Hire Plan When searching for full time employees, Our experienced recruiting professionals will recruit and qualify the candidates by using our proprietary recruitment software and techniques for matching individuals' skills with your company's job requirements. We provide companies with up to three highly qualified candidates for interviewing.
Guarantee: Provided the following conditions are met, Staffing Services, Inc. guarantees Direct Hire Placements for Employees hired by our clients: The placement fee is paid by the client to Staffing Services, Inc. within agreed upon term as stated on invoice. The employee leaves the employment of Client during his first three (3) months of employment, for whatever reason, Staffing Services, Inc. agrees to attempt to replace the employee at no additional fee so long as it is in given the sole opportunity to replace such employee and no other placement sources are utilized by the client. If the proceeding conditions are met, and should a suitable applicant not be found for the client within 30 days of the date Staffing Services, Inc. has been notified of the termination of such an employee, the placement fee will be refunded. |
