24/7 Service Respond

For your convenience, all locations are covered 24 hours, 7 days a week. Our On-Call Specialist will respond immediately.

 

30-Minute Call Back Policy

When you place a job order, we will call you back within 30 minutes with either a candidate's name and time of arrival, a progress report, or offer alternatives. For a next day job order, we provide you an update within one hour. Future orders receive a call back within 24 hours.

 

Work References

Work References are conducted for each applicant prior to assignment or referral. An applicant's overall work performance, initiative, attitude and interaction with others is assessed. Dates of employment, job title, and eligibility for rehire are also verified.

 

Automated Database

Our Matchmaker system connects all of our branch office databases and helps to ensure quality matches between employee skills and your specific needs.

 

Convenient Locations

Numerous locations in Illinois and Wisconsin can recruit more candidates and conveniently serve your staffing needs. No matter what services you may need, your Branch Manager will arrange for those services. We recognize that keeping our service simple and worry-free for our clients is cost effective.

 

10-Step Interview Process

Every applicant goes through an extensive, 10-step, behavioral interview process. This rigorous process provides insight into the candidate's experience level, skill level, past work performance and character. We believe that past behavior predicts future performance.

We recognize the need for confidentiality in some job searches; therefore, we offer you the use of confidential interview rooms at any of our locations.
